The Team

Maria Leitner earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph's College in 2011. Shortly after, she started her family, marrying her husband, Seth, in the same year. They welcomed their first son in 2012, followed by the birth of their second son in 2015.

Maria was a stay-at-home mom from 2012 to 2020. She reentered the workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic, initially working as a substitute teacher. In 2021, she transitioned to a career in Child Welfare.

Since 2021, Maria has been working as a caseworker for children in foster care. She is deeply passionate about supporting children and families. Currently, Maria is pursuing her graduate degree in the iMSW program at the University of Illinois.

In her free time, Maria enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family
